لحماية حسابك وبياناتك، لا يتم حذف الحساب ذاتيًا من الموقع أو التطبيق؛ بل عبر طلب موثّق نتحقّق من هويتك ثم ننفّذه. توضح الصفحة أسباب اعتماد الحذف بطلب، وما الذي يُحذف (الملف والملفات والاختبارات والمحادثات)، واكتماله خلال 30 يومًا، وكيفية تقديم الطلب عبر البريد.

To protect your account and data, deletion is not self-service on the website or app; it is handled via a verified request after we confirm your identity.
